Retail investors in distressed stocks must wait, just as I waited for my baby to be born years ago. Not easy, what can you do?

You believe and hope for the best. Trust in the USA is what I hang my hat on. Every time I have made my bet on the USA coming through, they do it.

This is basic ethics and moral obligation to the shareholders...Ralf Nader puts it the best in his writings to sum things up.

Ackman is a quiet person and will not divulge his hopes and fears. We all have them. Attorneys representing the shareholders will be fighting this. Those opposed don't really have much to stand on, IMO.

FnF were siezed in a manner that is questionable to say the least and, IMO, irrational and unethical happenings could point fingers onto some that will not want it.

I do not hang my hat on Buffett, Ackman or Berkowtiz...I hang it on the fact that an injustice occured and compressed the basic rights, Civil Rights, of the shareholders.

Will we be released? I think so.
