The award winning NP-1 and NP-C units have been shipping to some customer and partners. Customers who have pre-ordered units online will receive an email confirming their order when it is ready to ship. Customers that pre-ordered units over the phone will receive a phone call to confirm their order. At that time customers can confirm the order, add to it or update it, and verify the payment method.
