IP grant?...The preliminary International written opinion by Patent Cooperation Treaty is a YES FOR ALL THREE CORE COMPONENTS; NOVELTY--->YES, INVENTIVE STEP--->YES, AND INDUSTRIAL APPLICABILITY--->YES....the preliminary written opinion is very significant in that it is used as a guideline by the EPO. Keep in mind also that SVFC has already received a US Patent.
