goat, if a partnership was in the works I do not believe we would of had the pipe deal. Pipes no matter how you look at them are not good for shareholders. I am betting that PPHM can beat the clock. BWNG did a pipe and then did a RS and ended up with a PPS at a low of just under 20% at the time of the pipe was done. And any performance bonus goals should be tied to the PPS, for all true performances are reflected in the pps. Don't get me wrong, I am holding a decent position but I also know that a Company no matter how much they have going can fail due to the lack of GOOD management. Scientist are NOT who I want to see making the business decesions.
