im new to this stock too, some good questions I would ask:
-Recent sales figures, i.e. what response have they been getting from their marketing campaign.
- Do they manufacture their products or outsource ( thinks its the latter), do they have the rights to the product (US and international) (PS. its a very important question if they get their products from some chinese manufacturer there might easily be some imitators)
-Their financial statements (on pinksheets.com) for 2005 show a company with <1m$ in rev. breaking even with 60m shares outstanding current market valuation of the stock is about 40m$ did they raise funds since then.
- How much are their margins
-Whats there deal with the celebrities, i.e their compensation
-Ask if they have been issing more shares lately in case of dilution
- When will the 1gig mini be out? wat other products are they thinking of offering
-if they plan to become a reporting company
O Ya and ask if theyre going to send investors some free Klegg Mini's! they seem to be giving them out alot these days lol.
