Here's what the article really says:

"Sony expects to ship over 100 million PlayStation 3 (PS3) game consoles..."

Cumulative; not this year. Looked at the Yahoo post. It was deliberately changed to read "globally this year."

utneflyte1 on yahoo is a pumper.

Good article, though. The comments by Mr. Yasuda about possibly working with Microsoft are interesting.
