It`s not the market cap or share value we have to be concerned about. It`s the burn. I don`t recall the exact details but they borrowed $8m from Marr last summer and at the time I thought to myself; Why are they borrowing more money when product rollout and revenues are right around the corner. Well here we are 8 months later and they`re short on cash. I believe the Amex warning has everything to do with cash on hand to continue operations. I don`t want to be an alarmist but Calypte really does have to clarify their financial situation and soon.
