They have no money and several expensive LOI in the works. Those will need funding right? Relative to the dollars needed they have little stock available so they will need to increase shares and dilute. I expect substantially, such that current stock owned by us will have little value come 2-3 years from now. JMHO.

If they actually make a go of it I think it will be the investors who buy after dilution that have chance of long term profit. For meantime only those who time it just right and flip it will make profits. Not investors just traders. Your comment to sit on it 2-3 years to me is an investment not a flip.
So I was expressing my opinion not a good idea to buy this now and sit on it. Dilution issues make that too risky. Again just my opinion.
