Hopefully there are some shareholders out there with serious money invested in this company and that has just been hijacked (IMO) by this new management issuing themselves Exempt R/S securities.

I have never seen or heard of this before. Usually r/s happen after the unsuccessful managements can't sell any more shares and dream up a name change, new hot product and recruiting a few pumpers and few PRs highlighting the growing hemorrhoid problem or some such nonsense and how this new company (a couple of guys sitting around a pool table) have the solution.

But joking aside this is different. If the State of Texas allows "exempt r/s " security issues they have there head in the sand. This is a pathway to defrauding shareholders. (IMO) Just my personal opinion as I don't see anyway to prevent them from doing it repeatedly. two or 3 of these our 25% becomes 2.5%
