Why does STBV show 12bl O/S? Because reporting standards have changed this year Get used to it happening across the board. Read new rules mostly going into effect as of Feb 2014 here...

STBV new share offering triggered them to have to comply with the new rules as of Feb 2014. The A/S was not increased since October and if not for the new rules STBV would not be showing 12bil O/S. All stocks will be showing seemingly frightening O/S' in the months to come as they enter into new convertibles etc.
