It's never a sure thing with any stock at any price on any exchange.. For .04 cents a share and the forward outlook on this company, not to mention the changing laws and the way govt is looking to implement the change, this is as sure a stock as any, no doubt. I will definitely welcome the risk here with ERBB... Way way way too much upside potential.. GL
