N/P. Getting 50% is probably the easy part. If one reads the CEO's interview, he mentions that the Adesh Tyagi is in more in talks with Grossnigg. Grossnigg and Hanes Niederhauser together own over 38.5% of S&T shares. If that is acquired then buying up 11.5% of shares (to take Cloudeeva's holding to 50%) from the open market won't be difficult.

Dr. Erhard Grossnigg owns the Private Equity companies Grosso Holdings and Austro Holdings. They are in the business of acquiring companies, turning them around and selling them. Gross Holdings themselves completed the acquisition of S&T AG on November 22, 2013.

On March 25, 2013., Dr. Erhard Grossnigg owner of Grosso Holdings GmbH (a majority shareholder in S&T) transferred all of the shares of S&T that he owned to Austro-Holdings GmbH upon taking over as the Chairman of S&T AG:

However, it is interesting to note that, as of today, Austro Holdings no longer lists S&T AG in its portfolio. It is possible that Austro already sold Dr. Grossnigg's entire holding.

Cloudeeva's acquisition of S&T seems like a given.
