Just to clarify for the new investors.. This statement was written in the 4th quarter of 2013, that is why is says that testing will begin in the 1st quarter of 2014, so they stayed true to their word.. The dispensary in Colorado will receive the machine and will begin the beta testing.. I do not presume the beta testing will be a lengthy process, a few weeks to a month at most, and then the machines are set to roll out after the testing is over.
