merge with is worth, for example, if you have a 10-15 million dollar company reverse merge into AVST, then it could go up substantially. Figure that market cap of the new company divided by the total number of shares. This scenario would give a fair price of around .10 Of course this is all just speculation. Company could be smaller or bigger, you never know. Given how much gold is becoming these days, I would imagine a good price could be attained.
