I still believe this is going to work out... yes, we won't be able to trade our shares until the new ones are received... which may take 2 weeks... but I am willing to bet that Mike Heller is NOT going to stand for this going dead... nor will AC...

It is my belief that they needed to do this to get the SP up out of the sub-pennies for a reason... and keeping the AS the same means they can offer shares for the merger and the celebrity endorsements... Isn't this all good?
