JAYLIN, it might be huge if he can stay in business. By his own words, if he can't raise the $3M with this first offering, then he will probably have to close down -- out of business.

How does that square with what you know about the company? Do you think he's being honest about raising the money or it's over? What's your personal feelings about this? TIA.
