The news story from January 29 quoted the CEO: "We recently signed an agreement with a northeast Ohio grocery chain". I doubt that simply providing samples requires a signed agreement.
Not if it was an agreement with the chain for development and testing of Nanolgix's product. Ask why the article doesn't agreement instead of sales contract.
