So Rick, you are saying that because LP says we are close, you assume we are too? Is it possible as you posted earlier that we are still negotiating with our partner/parners? Maybe the negotiations are still on going, hence why it's been 5 months since lP said he wouldn't come back from chile without an LOI. Looks like February is a write off
