...WHAT'S TOTALLY FREAKISH is that some nice folks in CO believe WE - WE settled our claim and are due re-numeration proceeds in either cash or stock in fcnca.................

...apparently/allegedly (hi larry), somebody involved in the seizure conspired with someone else, etc., etc., and the CRP was real, etc., etc., and amy could only uphold the seizure..............

...and at the APPEAL, the APPELLANT could have requested a full trial................but APPELLANT dropped the APPEAL and RESPONDENT/Intervenor (per the STIPULATION apparently/allegedly - - you still here, larry..??) requested that BS and any and all other retained counsel - RESIGN..............very standard, we hear......................
