There are a lot of stages to this thing. People saying this stock is a low risk are not fully aware of patent law or are not intelligent enough to read.

Many people seem to think that the world can just amend there case based on the certificate of correction date, WRONG. Sorry the court can over rule the USPTO and the law was not in effect at the time of the filing. Easy for the court to overrule.

If there is a markman then they will have to prove their word usage of "client" is powerful enough to prove infringement.

Stock is still very, very high risk. But those who play high risk either win big or lose big!
