...too many questions left UNANSWERED............................

...our bank was SEIZED without justification.......................

...WHY NO CLOSURE....????..be that final POL from the BK CT.........

...WHY NO COMMENT FROM ANY OF OUR ATTORNEYS......??????.............

...we'd ask the TradeinTULIPs gent to get a Timberly TANTRUM #3 update - - but he's not speaking..........................

...and why no action on the ITR.......??????..........the JPM and BAC monies will soon be floating................did we GIVE UP on those along with the entire CASE..............??????.................

...lotsa folks in CO are still working on the UWB vs. OCC.....and the UWBKQ BK.............................

...maybe I'm the only soul left HOPING for news of the STIPULATION..............we'll see..............
