Dug up a little DD on Robert Coffy, who is the creator of "Bearpot, Inc." which registered as a company on February 14th of this year.

According to OTCIQ.com, Robert Coffy was issued 100,000 shares on March 6th, 2013 by STBV in exchange for "consulting services rendered under Rule 701"

Interesting correlation there. Can't find much Info on Robert Coffy besides that but it's obvious these 2 have a history of working together in some way.
