What a suprise, a stock promoter receives money and shares for promoting a stock. WHOA! CRAZY REVELATION! man, 99% of these pink-sheet stocks are being supported by news and promotions, if you dont know that then ur in the wrong place. PGCX has been P&D'd MANY times before, we just try to catch the ride and leave early.
