Echo, the interest of the big pharma, which you mentioned about did not prove yet to be genuine.
NNVC has tiny finances and could be dragged into unnecessary legal fight to defend themselves, which would significantly delay their progress.

Various gov agencies are heavily lobbied and I am sure they would support big pharma, not NNVC, in their efforts to suppress NNVC's revolutionary discoveries. (it looks so far NNVC doesn't want to share its success as they opt for independent financing only and hold majority of the stock).

FDA also granted orphan status for BUrzynski's antineoplastones just to make impression they act on public interest but in fact they silently supported ELAN and put every legal obstacle possible to fight Burzynski in court.
Well, I thought it would be “educational” for Dr Seymour and Diwan to get advantage of Dr Burzynski experience with approach to FED and watch fantastic documentaries:
