BLYM email HERE YOU GO GUYS

Thank you for your interest and questions regarding Billy Martin's USA, Inc. (BLYM-Pink Sheets). I would encourage anyone who is contemplating a purchase of stock to ask the type of questions you are asking.

Let me take them one at a time...

Are you expecting news soon?

1) It is the Company's intention to have news releases on a more regular basis versus sporadically in the past. I am sorry however, I cannot comment on when the next release will be out or what its' subject matter will be.

What do you think of the price per share, how undervalued?

2) Personally, right now I think the share price is way undervalued. I base this upon the Billy Martin brand and the "Born and Bred in the USA" philosophy. Where would I say that full value is of the share price? Tough to say, as much depends on future business developments but I will say again, I feel the stock is extremely undervalued. I am a shareholder by the way and have been for the past 14 months. I plan on staying a shareholder for a very long time.

Where do you see the price at in the future?

3) I have no clue as to what the share price may be in the future. If I were that good, I likely wouldn't be an investor relations representative as a living (even though I love my job).

Do you plan on doing a reverse split?

4) The reverse stock issue was addressed on the recent conference call which you can hear (hopefully very soon) up on my web site, www.investments101.com. Basically, when Doug Newton the CEO was asked, he said he has no plans for one at this time. I can say the same for other conversations I have had with him at other occasions.

What is the share structure ? O/S? A/S?

5) The share structure is as follows: 1.25 Billion Authorized, 925 Million Issued, and 700 Million in the Float.

Do you plan on diluting it in the future?

6) As far as dilution of the stock goes, Doug is making every attempt to keep the shares Issued and Outstanding & Float in check. BLYM is not a printing press of a Company, but I cannot guarantee (nor could anyone in most companies) that the above numbers will not change. If the numbers do go up, I as a shareholder will insist that it goes for a worthwhile project as I am sure Doug would do also.

How many share do insiders hold?

7) Insiders hold roughly 5% of the Company stock. Being that BLYM is a Pink Sheet Company, they do not report the numbers of shares held by various individuals that may be considered insiders.

Thanks again for your questions and interest in BLYM. I hope to count you as a shareholder one day and if there is anything else you need, please feel free to give me a call anytime at 336-882-8063.

Sincerely,

Jeffrey A. Brommer
