kiki, What you say is all true. Still it is concerning to read 'clearing ahead' posts on the board. Even the old timers are forgetting facts and events that have scarred so many investors. Current investors need to be wary.
No Pona company sponsored trials are enrolling new members, see the Ariad pipeline webpage. To date, we see at least a 5 month delay in the end date for those trials, and no doubt PIII's end dates pushed out for them. And no money to run the PIII's. A delay to June...9 months of delay in reality, little clinical progress for Iclusig, and a reduction in it's revenue by 1/2. If it weren't for ISTs, we'd been even worse off.
Ariad has been clearly pounded by the FDA action. It was almost knocked out, 1/2 its employees sacked. '113 still delayed. We should be through 1/2 the reg trial by now. Molecules shelved. $ risks abound. The company has serious potential, but it is in a precarious spot. This mm board needs to respect the risks far more, as we (and the company) totally ignored those same risks pre Oct. 9. The worst risks that 'analysts' identified pre. Oct9, were actually spot on. And in reality, those ignored risks remain intact. No 1st line for Pona in CML for years, if ever, ditto second line.
I'm saying the boards posters need to be more guarded in commentary and thought. More discussion on risk management and hard facts, less on the potential potential.
