Completely wrong. You keep saying that and you have no proof or basis. Companies do in fact become SEC reporting again. You're assuming the cusip remains the same and all other factors are the same. EPGL already has changed to a different cusip than the company had prior. Did you miss that?

Also, please explain how shell companies become SEC reporting.

It's just like when you said before that MMs carry no inventory of their own. THAT was totally wrong too.

The fact is EPGL can become fully reporting again. PERIOD.
