I am aware that NOAA has been seeking firms to provide proposals regarding various hydrographic surveying services to support NOAA's mission to acquire hydrographic survey data to support the creation and maintenance of nautical charts.

NOAA supposely anticipates signing "indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity" (IDIQ) contracts with multiple entities and that the maximum threshold for the combined contracts that can't be exceeded over five years is $250,000,000.

Although NOAA apparently will include offering such contracts to four "small businesses" in addition to larger businesses, it appears to classify a small busines as one that has had at least $14.0 million in average annual receipts for its three previous fiscal years. It does not appear that GoCharts Marine, LLC would qualify for any contract, let alone the entire maximum that could be awarded.

It appears that PVEC yet again made an extremely misleading statement about its business in claiming that a supposed subdidary "will be" signing a 250,000,000 contract "this" month.

PVEC shareholders should demand that Peter Villiotis explain his claim that the supposed fully-owned subsidiary of GoCharts Marine, LLC "will be" signing a "goverment" contract for "250 million" "this month."

From what I can see, this is yet another entirely bogus claim by Peter Villiotis that will never come to fruition.
