Spoke with Tracy yesterday. As usual, friendly and courteous, but always professional in that she is careful not to give out material information. Thus any conversation provides only limited illumination. I asked her about the the SRK report. She indicated that all of the information that will go into it is in JB's hands and is close to being completed in printed form. But she noted that some may be overly focused on the report. It is important, but not holding anything up. If I understood her point, discussions are going forward with or without it and the information, although not in the official form, is available to any investors as needed. Of course she would not be specific as to who is being engaged in discussions, but said that the Naseba group, i.e. the Indians and Chinese, along with domestic companies are all still in play. She said even though we haven't heard much, doesn't mean that there isn't intense activity going on. It simply can't be discussed at this point. I asked her about the archeological studies underway- that it seemed that it had already been done. I believe she said that a general survey of the area had been completed, but as specific drill sites are selected, more directed and detailed study needs to be done. She didn't think it would take very long, but said the Arizona state permitting process is complex and time consuming. She wouldn't say if a specific number one drill site has been selected, based on all the known data in hand. She said, if selected, JB hasn't shared that with her. She talked a bit about how great nearby Rosemont Copper (AZC) has done recently and I asked her if she was more optimistic and excited than a year ago about LBSR's prospects and she said- "Definitely! All the mutually reinforcing data has fallen into place, just as Jim had hoped it would!"
