False starts were based on rumors or suspicions. This is rock, solid proof this little penny stock fulfilled their end of the TransCanada Keystone II pipeline agreement. If anyone can't see the potential now, they shouldn't be trading pennies because this is as clear as it get's for a 10 bagger.

I can name 10 reasons why ZERO could be trading multi-dollars, and not one logical reason why ZERO could go down & stay down. In addition, seeing a market maker or institution load up almost 600,000 shares at $.90 is a sealed deal that's the last time we will ever see $.90 again. HERE WE GO! CONGRATS EVERYONE!
