No, it is not bad, but it should have been taken care of way before now. They have spent the last 3 years building a mine and getting completely permitted, and now they are just sitting there because they have not posted the bond. Stupid IMO. They have a completed gold mine, millions is assets, (audited) and little debt. Borrow the damn money and go into full scale uninterrupted gold production.

I am 100% pro URHG, and just being honest, but it is absurd on every level to be sitting here at a freaking nickle....

This needs to be done YESTERDAY.
