Dolphy, the toxic notes and the S-1 financing in combination, which is the current reality, cannot produce other results in stock price IMO. I have attempted to be diligent about the reasons why NBRI is not fundamentally solid for over two years now, and the market seems to reflect my opinions.

Hence the spin off into RGI, the Ruby mine would further damage NBRI pps without a spin off, and if that is successful it will go effective on or around March 14.

These are my opinions.

I wonder where the NBRI storyline will go next after RGI is spun off?
