All of the answers to those questions have been answered on the MRIB board and in MRIB news. They hired Dan Senters to handle the distributorship all over the US. He has an extensive background in the area of distributing alcohol all over the US to retail stores and that is why we already have retailers not only in CA but in 8 other states so far also who are waiting for us to get license approval so we can begin shipments to them. They applied for the license the second they could. Dan was hired on Jan. 6th and they filed for the application that day. They have had all their ducks in a row all along. This next part is not in reference to your questions but needs to be addressed. As far as other questions I have seen all over the board here about our CEO speaking about what ABC said etc. apparently she got information from someone who said it could take a couple days. There are many employees at CA ABC as was proven on Jan 6th when the filing hit and we had read here on the board many times how someone would have that info. before any of us would get it. Not true we all saw it when it happened. The company had a license for many years prior so perhaps the employee gave her the wrong information. That is a non issue now! The only issue is the license and it can come anytime any day now!

I could not find information on license and permit for MRIB which now appears to be in progress. I am curious to know why the CEO did not apply for the licenses and permit before setting up distribution agreements in the States.
