Trying to kill promos is trying to kill penny stocks as a whole

BS. Legitimate companies don't run these promos. Just stock selling scams. Get rid of them, and the economy will actually benefit. Legitimate companies could actually cut through the fraudulent crap that dominates the space.

BS again. There is no "tradition". Penny stock promotions as we know them today are younger than the internet. Hundred years? Sorry. And there were NO traders of OTC penny stocks prior to about 1995 or 1996. They were far too illiquid, the quotes far too wide, and the information far too obscure and difficult to obtain. Including current and accurate quotes.
