According to the filing.. Current O/S is 4.8B.. Authorized is 5B.. now they changed the Authorized to 25 B.. so there adding 20B to the authorized. Some time in march I think it said.
its all in the filing..
So there not adding 25B there adding 20 final A/S will be 25B..
