Why Pay Lawsuit of $360 million..Just take Possession of the 900 Gear Boxes..

Use them or re-sell them..

Why not make GE produce the product.

I don't think they ever made the gear boxes in the first place.
I have a feeling it was just a GUARANTEED CONTRACT.

We balked they sued for cash value of entire contract..
