You'll know when they stop churning. Just watch the volume and when it drops off by 40% or more, that would be a good time to jump in whether it's .0008 or .0003. Until they raise the funds they feel they need, it's "stockholder be damned and flood the market". That's just the nature of these types of stocks. But, the good news is the massive dilution comes in spurts. Next one won't come until they check their financials and feel they need to do it again, maybe next month, maybe next quarter, maybe never.
