Last time I went through a NOL deal was back in 2009 with SGGH they still have a billion of them and never recognized on the BS They still after 3 or 4 years don't have a business big enough to use them the stock price is basically at book or below since emerging from BK
I guess Zell wanted them but paid .21 cents a share for a majority stake of the >100 million company and it has done nothing
I am checking on the possibility they can be sold. It was discussed at SGGH but obviously it didn't happen. The laws have changed since then as well.
They say 55 billion but unless utilized in a proper fashion they aren't worth anything. Just look at SGGH stock.

Yes you are correct equity has to own 51% in a re-org. But 51% of what here in lehmanville?
We currently have 51% of nothing. If that ever does change best I can tell it will be 51% of Millions and not Billions if they keep dumping the assets.
I just don't see any value here after repeatedly dumping assets big enough to utilize the NOL's nor do I Think they are going to stop dumping the assets and running away with all that cash.
