Larry is a top brand his people would of vetted Hangover Joe's and they know there is money to move the brand and roll it out. Guys like this don't do deals nor do their attorneys or financial people let them if they had not vetted that Hangover Joes is bring the capital to the table to GIT-R-Done plain and simple. That a no brainer to figure out.
