April 2012 by the U.S. Nasdaq delisting of A-Power Energy Generation Systems, Ltd., The same year was sentenced to arbitration in Hong Kong are required to pay creditors over $ 361 million (approximately HK $ 2,817,000,000). But it seems we need to borrow $360 million dollars to pay fine as well..

How bad is $360 million of debt for us anyway... Will it mean bankruptcy or a sizable loan in our future..
