I agree with you. I see nothing in the rules that addresses "NOT" being able to set-up vending machines. If anything in the rules, in-regards to security, it talks about having video surveillance, and other security requirements, which the ERBB Zazzz machine should be able to conform to, for WA state law..
I feel good about ERBB's chances in WA state with their machine..
