UMNG LMFAO... I know why there is confusion...

They re-filed the "Annual Report- OTC Pink Annual Disclosure" today. Now it says "Ammended".

I still have the PDF file from yesterday which must have been wrong. It stated the O/S was 540,000,000.
If anyone wants a copy of it let me know.

They have a new PDF up today filed Feb 19, instead of the one form the 18th. This new PDF shows the correct O/S of 749,000,000.
