This is the # of shares the company could dilute if they choose to. 200,000,000 shares is nothing at these levels. The company doesn't seem to be diluting down here anyway.

I'd rather have 540,000,000 outstanding than 749,000,000 outstanding. Means the float is 200,000,000 smaller than most thought.
