EVEN GEMINI refuses to dignify the WARRENTS they got to settle the BK as BENEFICIAL OWNERSHIP of shares. They have no potential for being even nearly worth the conversion price. Neither now, nor later on down the road.

And one can easily surmise and predict that JB will never convert his eight million warrents which he claimed as BENEFICIAL OWNERSHIP either. No damn benefit in owning worthless warrents.

UNLESS he can find a sucker to buy them from him.
