Totally agree the other property could come into play but given the balance sheet FLPC now needs funding and ongoing revenue to balance SP expectations, investment and ongoing operations. Not an easy thing to juggle, revenue is all important right now and that news will affect the SP..

Oh and maybe
1. Mill getting ready
2. Local buyer being secured
3. surprise findings in Fencemaker
4. Large investor or buyout

but revenue is realistic and almost upon us
