We are in the process of a LOI for purchase of industry related company. We are also speaking with few funds for investment purposes. Since the completion of our platform product, one of its applications, SNIC, is being tested and we hope to have a pilot project by the second quarter. We are also working on development of new products for Home security and energy management. We are also considering using our technology for Smart Cities, Internet of Everything and bitcoin architecture (Secure Wallet, Merchant and Mining applications).
