again - what are you basing their change of ways on?

i would be more than happy to be a long term holder as i have a considerable amount of shares. but you still offer nothing to support why you think they will be successful this time around.

on the surface - the announcement looks positive. however, their past suggests they will merge these companies, inflate the stock price, dump shares on the inside, and leave the shareholders with a shell. why has it taken the company this long to put out financials? why did they use almost the same verbiage for their anticipated release date as they did with the MLOG announcement back at the end of 2012?

please - make me a believer. it would do you well as it would keep a lot of supply off the market and help the company ramp up share price and marketing leverage faster.
