In number of shares diluted, it is minimal, but when you consider that the shares diluted is over 60 % of the total shares traded in a month, that is far from minimal and a big reason the stock is going nowhere. The stock needs to breathe and not have constant shares being put into the market.

I'm long and have a pretty big position, but this IMO right now, and I have hopes that the company will not need to dilute as much in the future and we can run like we should
