.............the fact that a man is receives for consulting services or such other related services does not make that person or label that person as a pumper and dumper. Did it ever occur to anyone that perhaps Zampetti was instrumental in advising and/or structuring the company as to how it should proceed and why which has helped put SCRC in the position it is now. Isn't anyone who is in a particular profession or has unique knowledge entitled compensation for what that person knows?

All I am saying is Zampetti has poured his heart and soul into this company and has put up, from what I understand, his own dollars and has bought hundreds of thousand shares the last few weeks. He could have easily taken whatever shares he received and done nothing and then cashed in but that is not the way he is. I have never said or alluded to fact that he never received shares. I do say, however, we would not be trading as high as we are without him. Period. End of story.
