I have Scottrade too. They let me trade on margin for approximately twice of what my deposit is but not on penny stocks. That's why I am stuck and have to wait for the funds to clear which is ridiculous! Cost me a lot of money today but my fault for waiting I guess. I don't worry about it......a lot of other mj stocks if I miss out. I have a lot in EAPH already so not too concerned.
